Just confirmed two things on my GW3

1.) status = KZLD (transit delay)
2.) The VIN changed šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø Went from a 165XXX to a 204XXX. Same exact build and the sales guy doesnā€™t know why. The VIN changes doesnā€™t give me the warm and fuzzies. I hope theyā€™re not throwing a reworked unit at me. Iā€™m looking forward to seeing the date of manufacture when she arrives.
I highly doubt itā€™s a reworked order, fortunately. Iā€™ve been tracking VINs since I ordered mine and while they are not physically produced in numeric order thereā€™s definitely a general trend upwards as time has gone on. From reading other Stellantis forums Iā€™ve heard of instances of the factory just rebuilding a whole new, identically specced order if something was badly damaged during production (or if something else is wrong and not reasonable to repair). The dealer should be able to tell you if this is the case. And if not you can bet for certain their rep with corporate will be able to tell them what happened - and they should absolutely be checking with them.

Does a window sticker or build sheet come back with the new VIN? The window sticker will show you the build date but Iā€™m curious to see if thereā€™s a special line item on the build sheet. My dealer ended up whining to Stellantis about the length of time my order was taking and they forced it into production; thereā€™s actually a special schedule code on my build sheet speaking to such.

Got back to the house from my travel, viola' the Window Sticker was available as well. It is also on my Dealer's website now, still not showing in the Stellantis GW site, probably won't since it was put through as a Sold Vehicle status not just a Dealer allotment order.

Funny thing, my Dealer put up a GW1 and used those pictures for the GW3, even though I don't have rear captains chairs (Build sheet, Window Sticker both show bench as I ordered). Also the interior was a strange black and white almost like the Sea Salt one, yet has natural wood on the dash and consoles instead of the black/white streaked style. Guess the web maintainer decided to take poetic license. :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for all the info. The build sheet does but the window sticker is not available yet (see attached).

Are you referring to the ā€œSpecial Scheduling Condition VIIā€?

I wonder what ā€œD1-to-D Regressā€ means?

I wonder if this could be why I canā€™t get a build sheet or window sticker to populate. The website keeps saying VIN not found

Not sure what the regress means but the "Special Scheduling Condition VII" code is what I suspected; mine has this as well. Per my dealer this is when someone at Stellantis goes in and modifies the order to adjust its production schedule. In my case, since it was taking so long to be actually built, they went in and forced it into production. What I'm suspecting happened is that your vehicle was replaced with a whole new one and they prioritized the replacement's production so you didn't start from scratch time-wise. Good thing is that the vehicle's parts, sheet metal, etc. are all stamped with your VIN. If you have a new VIN all together they aren't just reusing a different vehicle. Everything is literally brand new. While the wait has sucked, I for one am more than fine with getting a vehicle built later on in the model year.

To everyone waiting for their ordered Grand Wagoneers still: be mindful of incentives. This is tied to your sales region but for the first time since launch I'm finally starting to see some incentives on Grand Wagoneers. As of 04/01/2022 I have $2,000 in Bonus Cash available on Series III GWs through 5/2/2022; listed officially as "National Grand Wagoneer Select Inventory Bonus Cash." I'm sending the dealer an email - really curious to know how "select inventory" is defined. In any case, they'll be selecting mine as inventory and giving this to me LOL.

But we all know that dealers are honest and upfront and would never, ever even THINK about claiming a rebate and not passing it on ;). Nonetheless, just for S&Gs, check if anything is offered in your region. I can't find anything on Jeep's website. I like to use Autobytel to look for current incentives. You can find yours here: https://www.autobytel.com/jeep/grand-wagoneer/2022/incentives/

Note there have been incentives (at least around me) for non-Grands for a few months now. Here's the link to look up incentives in your area on Wagoneers: https://www.autobytel.com/jeep/wagoneer/2022/incentives/

My WIII still has no new updates regarding delivery. I followed up with my dealership and the GM has been in contact with Stellantis and cannot get answers. Was told they have like 15000 units to ship. Also, my salesperson just stated she had heard they are not even shipping via rail right now, just trucks. Very interesting times for sure.

So I just got this update. Paige, while not Evelyn, is definitely growing on me. Thereā€™s a level of sass hidden within her perfect grammar that I quite enjoy. I canā€™t help but feel like she wanted me to take ā€œplease stop calling us for updatesā€ from her message. While she definitely gets an A for daring to dream, what I REALLY took from her message was ā€œplease start calling us daily but do so in the evenings when Iā€™m available to take time to tell you the exact same thing only personally.ā€ Got it. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

You know, when I entered the KZ shipping stage I got really excited and thought Iā€™d have my car soon. Silly me. Youā€™d think that after all these months Iā€™d know by now that each stage of the order process entails sitting on a lot for several weeks and collecting dust while waiting for the long, arduous journey of a few hours from Michigan to Wisconsin.

I appreciate the peace of mind. Iā€™m with you, the later the better in terms of build date!

Funny that no one from WCS mentioned the new VIN; it was just ā€œin paintā€ for for 3-4 weeks.

I got an email from Paige this week that says no change after I went to KZ status. I did receive a text from my dealer a week ago Thursday that they should have my wagoneer in 48 hours to one week. We were out if the country this week for vacation so I will be interested to see if they have received it.

I got the Bonus notice as well, so they are rolling it out for sure. I did look to see the special code since they put my vehicle on their website. No type of status, not even 'being built' or 'In Transit', just a posting as if it was already at the dealership, even with the incorrect interior pictures. I'm thinking like you, 'thanks for the new incentive, it helps defray the cost of Bidinflation gas prices. Should be just enough for my first two tanks of gas at this rate.

@LERISI , check this out. If I had waited for "my" color to order, it would have been just today!! Buggers, finally released my Ember Red just as the Midnight Sky Blue (beauty) is sitting in KZ status.

If they did order the incorrect interior, I guess I'll have to place a new order for this baby, at the same price as the current one plus the new incentive. šŸ˜

Well, at least Paige is still talking to you. Sheā€™s apparently decided that no response = response for me. I havenā€™t gotten one from her (or anyone) in 2 weeks. šŸ™„

But the salesperson texted yesterday that the vehicle is in transit, but that they wonā€™t have an ETA until it hits the state.

fun times.
