So took delivery of my Wagoneer about 6 weeks ago. Live traffic and weather have never worked. Spoke with wagoneer services many times…have a case number. They finally get back to me no say do a factory reset. I do it. Zero change. And now the easy exit seats don’t work. I’m beyond frustrated.

Full tank of gas gives me a range of about 380 miles. Averaging about 14 mpg...most local driving not highway. About average for everyone else? Not great given what’s going on with the price of gas…gonna be at the pump once a week

The first app listed in my apps tab is "activate services". Every time I try to activate, I get an error message. Does anyone know what services this icon activates? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the fact I can't get live traffic or weather. Thanks

Exactly one week wince I took delivery. Apple car play constantly cuts out…dealer says it must be my phone-total bullshit. Navigation won’t show live traffic….dealer says updates are just coming through slow because of high demand-total bullshit. Weather won’t load..again, dealer says updates...
