Factory reset

So took delivery of my Wagoneer about 6 weeks ago. Live traffic and weather have never worked. Spoke with wagoneer services many times…have a case number. They finally get back to me no say do a factory reset. I do it. Zero change. And now the easy exit seats don’t work. I’m beyond frustrated.

Interesting. What has your dealership said about it?

So the dealership looked into it but never were able to figure anything out. To be honest, I’ve just gotten the run around.

That's ok! The directions to send us a private message are actually in our "signature" line:

"To start a conversation, click our username then select the ‘start a conversation’ button and send us your make, model year, and mileage for us to review. Staffed M-F 7:30am-5:30pm EST by the Stellantis Social Engagement Team."
