I do have a case manager at wagonner but she is out a lot and they will not give me a new one. Next step will me to call my lawyer which is the last thing I want to do.

Dealer said there was another computer flash to do but no codes. They claim they can't help and don't know why Stalantis will not help me. They will not even re sell the vehicle they said they would take it as a trade and wholesale it out.

It was Stellantis directly via client services team. Now there is a new check engine code that Stelantis have not seen before. Causes the etorq motor to stop working as well the radio display to flicker on and off. I'll submit the request again maybe this time around with the new information...

Thanks for the support I'll call WCS again on Monday.. The dealer did order new elements just will take 3 weeks to get them. Will have to see what the new check engine code is. It definitely makes a difference with driving with less power and keeping lower gears on the highway 4th to be exact...
