Client services claim they cant guarantee the Wagoneer can be fixed

This is getting beyond SILLY NOW.

The latest call with Wagoneer client services now I am told they can't guarantee any one can fix the vehicle.

So the $100k question is what to do with it.

The kids that answer the phones don't even have cars so they don't even know how to support it seems.

Does anyone have any ideas

I'm sorry you're going thru a shit load of bullshit. What is wrong with your vehicle that they are not sure they can fix?
I think you might fall under the lemon law in the state you live in. Have you researched that?

What Dahammer said! Put them on notice ASAP, get a good Lemon Law Lawyer.

Lawyer hired and in process.

Dealer says hands are tied as it's up to the software from Stelantis.

The braking regen with the etorq is all out of wack.

I’ve got a Ram 2500 Cummins, no etourque here…..and not on Wagoneers either, still confused. Publication says Jeep Wranglers.
I don't know why his post is here since this is a Wagoneer forum. The article is so that if people don't know what it's about, they can read about it.

Because it's the same system that is in the wagoneer and the only article is from the Ram.

Thanks they just need to educate their dealers and repair facilities on this as none of them understand how the truck is supposed to work.
