Yeah, that's what I thought too. Tech said "You're fine between 12.5 and 14.2." Nevada requires 4 visits to the shop with the same problem for Lemon Laws. If it drops again, it will be visit number 3.

Got it back from the dealer yesterday. They said that they uploaded new software and put in a (third) new battery. It's running at about 12.6 V.

It's not a cold temp issue. Mine is in the shop right now for the same issue and I live in Vegas. Hasn't gotten below 50 degrees here.
