I think @WagoneerCxSvc service must be out to lunch as well. My Wagoneer SII started the binding while turning again so it’s been at the dealer. Called on Thursday to talk with my case manager, requested a call back… I’m still waiting, so my hypothesis is, your service advisor and my case manager are out for a long lunch together. All I wanted was to discuss getting out of the GC (not L) I received as a loaner if it’s going to be longer then a week. The part now has an eta of 03/2022.
I called the dealership as the loaner vehicle is due for an oil change to see how they want to handle this, I asked to speak to my service advisor, he was at lunch, so I left my name and number with lady that answered the phone, my service advisor never called me back.
@WagoneerCxSvc in this case who is paying for the rental loaner, Wagoneer or the dealership?
