Wagoneer services activation

We gave been unable to activate services from the app menu, getting an error message each time. Client services has been diligent in contacting me daily to collect information and “escalate the issue to level 3,” but still no joy. No Wagoneer app and no remote functions or monitoring.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Never mind, problem solved. Turns out the dealer had set services up for me with an alternate email account. Once I figured that out it worked!
