B-Pillar May Trim May Interfere With Airbags...
Stellantis (FCA US, LLC), has issued a recall affecting approximately 44,708 units of their 2022 to 2023 Jeep® Wagoneer / Grand Wagoneer (WS) vehicles. The reason for the recall is a potential problem with the upper B-pillar interior trim not being properly seated, which could interfere with the deployment of the side curtain airbag (SABIC). This issue results in non-compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 226, specifically the requirement for ejection mitigation.
