Reading the TV Ad Tea Leaves?

Ever since the Grand Cherokee L started really shipping, TV has been flooded with GC-L “Adventure” ads. I noticed on the NFL Channel this morning, I’ve already seen a new Grand Wagoneer ad three times. A good omen?? We’ll see!

I've seen a ton of ads for the Cherokee L. I've yet to see one for the Wagoneer series.

I've only seen ads on websites and such for the Wagoneer. I don't watch much TV, so can't say much about TV ads.

I know I’ve seen more Jeep overlandinc/off-roading TV ads this year than in my total life to date. Beginning with the Springsteen ad on the Super Bowl.

Saw three Grand Wagoneer commercials tonight. Yehaw!!! Maybe they will ship some this coming week. And just maybe mine will get out of "D" status.

They refuse to say. The Wagoneer Client services told me they have no information as to why the vehicles have not been shipped.

I spoke with my dealership rep. last week and was told the system showed my Wagoneer being shipped by rail on 9/28. The rep did say another order for a GW was supposed to ship by rail on Sept 18th and that she would let me know when it actually arrives at the dealership in order to gauge the real shipping duration. Hopefully I will get an update soon.

The ship dates have become meaningless. They just keep getting pushed back repeatedly. Mine was in July lol.

I never have got an actual ship date, just a “shipped to storage” a couple weeks ago.

Mine has been in Storage since 2nd week of August, but the scheduled ship date was a new development last week. I agree with Johntpr that information has been tough to believe and mostly wrong, but I am hopeful that this is changing.

I've started to see Grand Wagoneer commercials on TV. Maybe now they are getting ready to ship some that are in storage. Last night I saw three on AMC. That's AMC the TV channel. lol

Well, tomorrow begins Fall season. The promised Summer deliveries are not going to come true.
