I wanted to post a video of this but I keep getting an error message. Sometimes the screen goes black for 5-10 seconds, then comes back on while driving. It will randomly hop over to the profile screen which requires a manual command to go back to the home screen or navigation. My Home screen settings keep changing and require being reset but this just started last week. The bottom menu icons disappear then come back. Sometimes the top menu partially disappears. Regularly, I go to see what time it is and the clock is missing. I have done the reset holding in the knobs but it isn't doing anything for these glitches.

Hmmmmm. Haven't heard/experienced this. You may try to capture that video to show your Servicing Dealer when you go back in and ask (nay, insist) they open a STAR bulletin/inquiry. Ask them to consider doing a U-Connect recalibration (its essentially a HARD reset). Keep us posted on any progress....
I am having the EXACT same issue!!! What “reset” are you referencing.
The easy reset is to hold in the two knobs on the uconnect system until the screen goes black. Then it will reset. This has fixed the issue I had with setting up screens with shortcuts. Prior to doing the reset, the screen would just spin when I tried to set the shortcuts on the Home Screen. Went to my dealership today and they said that we are most likely destined for a new uconnect to fix the glitches.
