Problem with ride height selection in GW III series

Has anyone else had issues using the ride height adjustment in their vehicles? My vehicle will not allow me to manually change my ride height. It automatically lowers to the entry/exit setting when in park (as configured in settings) and when driving, the vehicle rises to the aero setting. However, anytime I try to manually raise the vehicle, I get a message that says "Selected ride height is not permitted". When I switch the 4wd system to the snow, mud or rock settings (in 4L), the ride height does not change. In these 4x4 settings, I get the same error message when trying to change the ride height manually. I've tried all of these configurations in park, neutral and while driving 5mph. Each time, I get the error message that selected ride height is not permitted. I read through the owners manual and could not find a setting or process I missed, so thinking I might have an issue.

Thanks for any feedback you have!

Updating this thread in case anyone else has this issue. When the vehicles are shipped, they have a line cap on the air lines that are supposed to be removed by the dealership before the vehicle is sold. This was not done on my vehicle. When I took it in for service (at a different dealership that's closer to my house), they quickly found the problem and removed the caps. Next they noticed that the air mass for the suspension system was low so they refilled and calibrated the system. It's a pretty easy and quick fix. Sure could have used the extra inches of ground clearance last weekend when I got the vehicle stuck in snow in my driveway, but glad it's the only issue I've run into thus far.
