Post 3 days ownership, and I am loving my new Grand Wagoneer. I've owned two Escalades (2015, 2019) so for comparisons that is my benchmark as well as some sedans like a AMG S63. So far the inside is AMAZING, these are some things I love about it the vehicle:
1. Wireless Android Auto- I've not had this feature before and being able to sit down in the vehicle and have it come on without plugging anything in is awesome. Android auto looks awesome on this screen also. I also had a Ram 1500 with the large screen and because it was a vertical screen the Android auto was smaller on the screen.
2. The night vision feature on this vehicle is very clear and crisp and easy to pull up and see when needed.
3. I love the feature where the vehicle lights up when I approach it very nice.
4. I did not order this vehicle but the person who did, and backed out, order everything you could get at the time. So I have the matching roof/body color and don't have the black top, I like that look a lot.
5. The exhaust sound is amazing. It sounds so much better than the Escalade.
6. The ride is very smooth compared to my previous two Escalades and even my S63, but I'm sure then new Escalade has gotten much better since 2019.
7. Fam Cam feature is pretty nice. We have a new grandchild and for my wife to be able to pull up a camera, from her side using the monitor for the passenger, will be great. It's even set up for the rear facing baby seats to be able to see them in the Fam Cam.
While I've not had any issues for the most part here are a couple things that could be better:
1. The vehicle is so new the dealership really did not have a good grasp on all the features it came with. For example, they were not fully sure how the night vision camera worked.
2. I had a Ram 1500 that I moved my in vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot from to this new vehicle. It was a long process with ATT and then getting it set up in the Grand Wagoneer, but I eventually got it set up.
That's it for now. So far it looks like I'm really going to enjoy this new Grand Wagoneer.
