I ordered a loaded Grand Wagoneer on March 18th and was the first one at my dealership. It has been built three times and has gone back to D status every time. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

It has been escalated as far as it can be with as I have spoken with wagoneer concierge myself but as of yesterday, Friday the 7th of January, it still hasn’t began the build process again.

For reference I called in the beginning of November to see what was going on after it went back to D status after the third build. They said it was escalated as high of a priority as it could be and that all parts have been allocated to my build and are in stock since before thanksgiving with zero movement.

I’m a patient person but even I’m starting to get upset. Any insight with other peoples order experience would be helpful.

What does your dealer have to say about all of this? There are actual dealer stock units popping up all over the country and just sitting on lots unsold. Can’t fathom why a prioritized, customer order keeps restarting so much. Have you tried to locate one or had your dealer reorder and provide a completely new VON? This is pretty ridiculous.

My dealer is just as confused as I am and have spoken to several people and they get the same bs about it already being escalated.

March. 2nd order in at my dealer.
What were they telling you? I’m just trying to get as much information as I can when I tell my dealer to either get me a vehicle or get me my money. I have traded in vehicles towards it so the dealer is sitting on all my cash basically covering the price.

No one has any idea at the dealer or WCS. Like absolutely zero clue and somewhat limited sense of urgency. It’s been built since July and in ready to ship status for about 10 weeks. Went back to another Navigator.

Sorry to hear you have had problems too. I guess they don’t care because they will sell anyway. Just sucks.

Why don’t they submit a second order ASAP? If both show up then they have another to sell. I hope the dealer has already gotten their regional rep involved on your behalf.

I'd have lost my patience by now and have made Stellantis find a comparable and have it diverted to me! Yep - they can do that.

I ordered mine the day they were launched. was #21 in North America. Just drove mine home a couple days ago. I havent driven it enough to get a good thought on it but so far its pretty nice and worth the wait. In Canada so might have been part of the delay for coming so late. From the time it was built to the time it was delivered was about 6 weeks. We were 4 weeks past the date i was told would be delivered.
