I ordered my Series iii grand Wagoneer back in March. I forgot to add the rear media Entertainment. Can this be added after the vehicle arrives or is there no such thing? Also, I ordered the Baltic Grey thinking it was the lighter grey like in the promo pictures. Fail x2! Hopefully the Baltic Grey is pretty in person bc honestly it would have been my last choice out of the current colors.

Call your dealer rep. Rear entertainment wasn't available when I ordered either and while my build was still in D status my dealer was able to get my order updated after the rear entertainment option became available. Its not a guarantee since the FCA rep can say no, but its worth a shot.

Thank you! I did that but it’s about to be delivered and unfortunately nothing can be done at this point. 😭😭😭 I’m hoping I don’t miss it as much as I think. My last two SUVS had the rear entertainment and my kids really don’t use it much but I love having that option!
