Anyone else have scratch marks appearing on the main uconnect screen after normal use?

This is probably a dumb question, but are you sure there is not a thin plastic film over it? If I recall, we had to remove it. If not I would definitely call your dealer right away as that shouldn't happen.
We've been using ours extensively and no scratches. We only clean it with the cloth jeep provided.

Agreed, it looks like the protective film might have been left on. If not, that's a major problem. I've never seen modern touch screens, phones or cars, scratch like that, that quickly.

Yes - small, but noticeable. I use Terry cloth to clean inside screens too......
