what I've read/seen from others - they've had to order/install a new heating element. THANKFULLY this is one issue I've not experienced (knock on wood).

Skip is right - new heating elements solved our issue with the warmers cutting off. Now they function as designed. Interesting note: many folks in the Wagoneer Facecrook group say their dealer is telling them to wait on a software patch to fix it.

@Hartdt - I fear that this is the "shut up and go home" phrase being pushed from service advisors - because lets be clear - the Engineers are baffled with the array of things going on. I am not confident this "pending quarterly OTA update" is going to miraculously solve all the service Easter eggs we all are finding 😂😂😂. If you haven't, make sure your dealer has opened up a Star report and you too have generated a @Wagoneer Client Services case too.

Good point. Will get the star report and case recorded early this week.

Over the air software update yesterday appears to have fixed our driver side seat heater issue (would turn itself off after 5 min). My wife confirmed the driver side seat heater stayed on after remote start for >30 min until she arrived back home after an errand this am. This was our only unresolved issue to date. So far really enjoying the vehicle amenities and power. Get comments from people all the time on the looks and design. Hopefully the vehicle continues to operate trouble free.

Another issue we resolved over the weekend was the "3 months/free wifi" with ATT. After reading the small print it was determined that the introductory offer upon vehicle puchase was for 1 G or 3 months, whichever came first. After we ran over the 1 G in early Feb our connection was suspended. Quick call with Wagoneer and then transfer to ATT was able to resolve by adding a 1 year "unlimited" data subscription for the vehicle wifi. I recall the package includes 22 G /month. Once you exceed 22 G the data will continue but gets throttled.

Dealer performed the prescribed fix for the heated seats on my Wagoneer this morning…. No surprise but it did not fix the issue, they still shut off after 3-7 minutes.

Was this the Software update or a replacement of the heater elements (which fixed other Forum users issue)?

Sorry I should have been more clear, it was the software update. I believe they’ve ordered the element now. I’ll find out for sure whenever I get it back, it’s got the groaning/binding differential…. Again🤦‍♂️
