GWIII Front Passenger Entertainment screen Issue

I have all of the screens working, FireTV is operating in the rear seats through the vehicle Hot Spot. The front passenger screen comes on and I can choose the two lower, of the three options on the left side. One for screen brightness and headsets and one for notifications. When I push on the home button, the screen stays powered on, but it is blank. Nothing to see, or options to choose, sliding up/down/right/left produces nothing but the same blank black screen.

Same for me. Are you able to play music over vehicle speakers?
I can play music from my phone or carplay or radio, etc. I can't do anything from the Passenger screen, the Home screen is simple black, but it is powered on and the 3 menu options along the right side are showing.

Mine did this at the end of a 4 hour trip. Was fine the next day.

also, the front passenger can’t do anything but hdmi if the driver is using Bluetooth audio or Sirius. Can’t even watch a usb movie without the driver switching to FM.

Follow up, they tried the reset of the radio (ECM Reset) and a reboot and that did not solve the issue. Then they did a Factory Data Reset and a Reboot and all is now working. I have to go back through all the setting s and redo my preferences, but the passenger screen is working properly now.

So no way to store preferences on the Mopar Wagoneer account/site? Just curious, seems like an easy way to provide a backup service. Ties people even more to their accounts while also bridging the issues being found in a first year vehicle. Maybe @WagoneerCxSvc can get this added as a feature to the website, sure would be better than trying to remember all your settings that were originally stored in UConnect anyway! 😁

Nothing was working right when I took delivery. I did a factory reset and Sirius failed. I did a second factory reset and outside of few minor bugs my displays and radio have worked much better.

How is it working now? I’m pretty sure mine is not working correctly either

This has to be accomplished at the dealership I assume?

Hello, seeing if anyone has had luck with the front passenger screen. Mine will work initially when trying to mirror or control the rear screens. Ultimately it will freeze and turn blank after a few minutes. Anyone else?

Mine's never mirrored anything before. Plus, yesterday the phone call answer prompt was stuck there for over an hour. Even after I hung up and cycled the ignition.
