GW Third Row Won't Fold -- any ideas?

About to board a flight home and the wife called and said when pressing the button to fold the third row, it won't fold and says something is in the seat (not sure if it's a verbal warning or where she is getting this warning). She says nothing is in the seat.

Anyone seen this and how to get the seat folded? She's picking us up at the airport with a lot of luggage.

This happened to me at the dealership when picking up the car. The salesman fixed it by moving 2nd-row captain chairs up a little and trying it again with no problems.

you can try and disconnecting the battery(s) waiting couple minutes, reconnect, hit lock/unlock on fob, then open lift gate and try the seats. may or may not work, we had issues with our show vehicles until we new replacements for Chicago auto show.
