Grand wagoneer CEL P0300 multiple misfires

My wife had this come up the other day when starting the vehicle. There wasn't anything noticeable that happened and the light turned itself off the next morning when I was going to take it in. Still going to bring it in just to be safe...

Anyone else experience this one?

It's a camshaft or crankshaft (forget which one) position sensor update. I understand it's just one of those few minutes on the computer thing.

I called the dealer, they said they didn't see an update for this. They said i didn't need to bring it in since the light went off...

@WagoneerCxSvc does this seem logical? A warning light and a Dealer says don't bother? Is there a place @Hotdogsrnice can check or go to that will help address this issue?
