Dealers nor prepared with Concierge service

We live in Orange County in Southern California so not sure if this is just an issue here, but our dealership absolutely is not prepared to stand by the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer concierge service that it bosts so much about. One of the reasons we were drawn to the Wagoneer was because we have two small children so the thought of the car ever needing service seemed less daunting with what Jeep has promised its customers. At this moment our dealership is not set up to pick up and drop off the vehicle. We had to bring our Wagoneer Series 3 in and pick it up when we had to have a few issues addressed shortly after purchasing it 3 weeks ago. They also didn't offer a comparable car for us to use as is stated from Jeep's advertisements. We were given a small Jeep compass that we found out after driving for three days had registration tags that expired in 2019. We have to be able to hold 3 car seats in the car so you can imagine that a compass didn't do the trick. Sorry to sound like I'm complaining but we really weren't expecting this right at the start. Please share what your experience has been. Thank you!

Is your dealer one that appears in the list of Wagoneer certified? Not all dealers agreed to that (in fact I hazard that most didn’t.)

in my area in FL I’m finding that even the Wagoneer certified dealers aren’t particularly helpful in locating a vehicle and are trying to make big bucks quick by charging large addendums on almost their entire inventory. It’s crazy.

I'm in Arkansas, and I don't think any of the Jeep dealers are Wagoneer certified, including the one I ordered our GW Series III from.

DEFINITELY not prepared. I've had both interactions on phone end with me hanging up. MORE TIME asking for my email; phone numbers; date of birth; mothers maiden name; etc than coming up with actual answers/solutions. "......we've opened a ticket and will escalate for someone to contact you in a few days." GIMME A F break!

OH - and I'm driving a stripped down gladiator as a 'loaner' - lovely! Almost comparable to the $101k Grand Wagoneer sitting on the back 40 of your dealer awaiting "concierge technicians to actual do something technical." 🤬🤬🤬🤬
