Connected Services 3 weeks to cancel

I sold my GWS3 3 weeks ago and ordered a brand new Grand Cherokee, and on the same day called connected services to cancel for the wagoneer. I had signed up for the yearly option. Huge mistake apparently.

It is still not cancelled, they had to start a ticket to initiate the refund for the remaining six months left on the account. Meanwhile the wagoneer is still showing up in all of my jeep apps (Mopar, uconnect, wagoneer, and Jeep app). I called again today to try and see why the wagoneer is still showing in my garage, and they are never any help. I just got disconnected on after an agent looked into it.

I'm worried about the security issues because I can see location data, lock and unlock the wagoneer, and all the other features for a vehicle that someone else owns. Customer service has been awful! Why does it take so long to cancel a service! Do they expect me to re-start jeep connected services on my Grand Cherokee after something as simple as selling my old wagoneer was such a hassle?

Very very disappointed in jeep connected services, especially the wagoneer side of things where I would expect better treatment from a "luxury" brand.
