Hi, I've had a WS3 on order since June. My dealer basically has no new updates.
I'd like to call client service sto see what the status of my vehicle is.
Can someone please provide me with a number.

My Grand Wagoneer Obsidian (White/loaded) has been stuck in D status since 9/30, not nearly as long as some others but getting anxious. This evening, I did call the number listed above and they confirmed it was still in-fact in D status and sited Supply Chain Issues and said they'd call me back next Tuesday with an update. Really hoping I can have this before the new year. Have already extended the lease on our 2019 Ford Expedition Limited Stealth Edition once, not sure how many times/months they'll let me push that back. Fingers crossed for us and everyone else anxiously waiting. This is supposed to be a purchase (not Lease) for our household (family of 6)

@JeepRealtor - I live by the credo - "you have not if you ask not."

Consider asking WCS to provide you a loaner while waiting (providing rationale about your lease term expiration). Whats the worst that could happen? You get a loaner for a month or six weeks?
