A Few More Questions for those who have taken delivery...

Hi everyone- I have a different thread going regarding our initial experience with the car and now I have a few general questions for those who have taken delivery:

1. Can anyone verify whether or not they can download YouTube TV on their Fire TV's? We have YouTube TV on multiple Roku's and Fire TV's so I wanted to add this app in our Wagoneer for the boys while we travel. The app keeps showing unavailable for download. In researching on Amazon, it appears that this happens when the location is set to a different country. I have tried everything! Resetting the Fire TV to factory defaults, setting the location thru the Weather app, thru the Alexa app, and I can't get it to download. I keep getting a message that says location details failed when I go in to the preferences screen on Alexa. Any thoughts? The concierge just wanted to punt me to the owner's manual and make me go away... :(

2. The owner's manual mentions that there should be an alert to tell you whether or not those in the second row have their seat belt on. I am not finding this to be true. I was looking forward to this feature (I have a 7 and 8 year old so this feature would help me to keep them honest about wearing their seatbelts). This is perplexing to me. It is a simple feature that the owner's manual says we should have yet I haven't experienced it. We have had the car about 3 weeks.

3. In setting up the Home screen on Uconnect, the shortcuts screens take forever to load (as in 1 hr or more). It's been hit or miss with Uconnect. Some days, the connectivity is flawless and then other days, it's as if the system needs to be rebooted. It's wonky, slow to respond, etc. I'm guessing that a software update will fix that moving forward.

Just overall, I really love the car. It drives like a luxury car and many comment how cool it is. I want to encourage those of you waiting that overall, my experience with the car has been very good. Would I purchase again? Most definitely. I have no regrets. Frustrations, yes but regrets- no.

If anyone reading this can share details as to how to pass feedback along to Jeep that would actually go places, please post. I found the Wagoneer customer service reps to be very pleasant and really eager to help but honestly, very untrained. It's sort of like going to Chick-Fil-A and the employee is day one on the job. They have some training and clearly understand how to treat people with respect and courtesy but they do not know enough to be able to think outside of the box. I've been as kind as I can be with those folks because that clearly is a training problem beyond their control. If anyone from Jeep or Wagoneer reads this forum, please message me. I'd like to get these questions answered if possible.

kfrisella - @DocSkip was apparently successful in getting the attention of the manufacturer through his dealer. You may want to connect with him. We are having many similar issues of which most point to electrical.
