4WD Service Light; Collision Avoidance Cluster Light

Alas, my good luck ran out this morning.
Started up W/III to go to Starbucks and the cluster lit up like a Christmas Tree......

I have a "Service 4WD" cluster light and the Collision Avoidance light is also illuminated.

After stopping/shutting off vehicle for drive back home (2 miles) from SBUX, all the lights were off but it would appear I am stuck in 4low.

Anyone?

Got a note off to Service Manager and hope they'll come pick up and sleuth......

Kudos to WCS and my servicing dealer (Browns Sterling, VA)! They were notified of this issue by email at 0730 and sent a Master Tech to my home (with a Cherokee "L" in case). They duplicated the issue and found the codes (Drive Train). The issue was resolved by recycling from 4low to regular. He found the code (Drive Train) and the STAR bulletin stated that there is a "pending technical push." As of now, the vehicle has no alerts and is driving normally! HIGHLY impressed with the response and attention!

My last email to WCS was, and I quote, “Your tone sucks. You guys have a lot to learn about selling luxury vehicles.” 🤣

@Breedy00 - I've owned nearly 15 FCA products (Dodge Ram; SRTs; Commander; JGCs; Wranglers; Gladiators; etc). I am still unconvinced that this upscale niche market is the right spot for FCA - but I do commend them for the efforts I have received (good servicing dealer and a responsive Stellantis team - so far). Hopeful if this is the niche they are attempting to allure - that the service ACROSS the spectrum - gets better! For sure. Keep us updated.
