4wd engaged on its own causing binding

Hi! I've had my Series 3 since January. It has about 1500 miles on it. On my way home from work I noticed it felt like the 4wd was engaged but there were no lights on and I didn't engage it. When I backed in at home it became obvious that something was wrong. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Yes, you will find the Drivetrain thread has a LOT of information on this issue. A TSB on 26 February announced a software update fixes this issue. Your dealer should take care of it immediately. You should push for them to pick it up from your home, that can end up causing other issues. https://wagoneerforums.org/index.php?threads/drivetrain-woes-post-here.308/ shows they've worked on two different updates, one that should already be done and one released last month.
