3rd Row Center Seatbelt

Ummmm, how does one disconnect the center seatbelt for the third row so the rear compartment is wide open when the seats are folded? I HAVE to be missing something obvious!

The anchor is on the right. Insert a key or the metal tab on the belt as Breedy00 mentioned into the slot on the front of the anchor to release the belt.
