What were they telling you? I’m just trying to get as much information as I can when I tell my dealer to either get me a vehicle or get me my money. I have traded in vehicles towards it so the dealer is sitting on all my cash basically covering the price.

My dealer is just as confused as I am and have spoken to several people and they get the same bs about it already being escalated.

When did you order yours?

I ordered a loaded Grand Wagoneer on March 18th and was the first one at my dealership. It has been built three times and has gone back to D status every time. Anyone else experienced anything like this? It has been escalated as far as it can be with as I have spoken with wagoneer concierge...
