We have a Wagoneer and my wife REALLY hates the auto start/stop "Feature" and the fact you can't permanently disable it. I exchanged email with the folks at TRL Automotive that make a device that will allow us to permanently disable it. They would offer anyone with a Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer a free device PLUS $300 cash if you would take your truck and allow them about 6 hours to create the prototype. You'd have to drive it to Fairmont West Virginia, but you can stay with the vehicle the whole time if you like. Below is the message I received from Jessica Lambert at TRL Automotive (email: jessica@trlauto.com). You should contact her directly and work the details. Good luck and the rest of us will benefit from your time investment!

As soon as we can get a Wagoneer here to use to make the device.
New products depend on the vehicles customers bring us. We could possibly work with you to make one if you want to bring the vehicle to Fairmont, WV. We'd do it for free and pay you $300 for your time because we could then offer the device for sale to others. We don't need to drive your vehicle and you could stay with your vehicle the entire time. It usually takes about 5-6 hours to put together a prototype and test it. Let me know if you're interested.
Or, some vehicles have come to us because someone posted on forums/Facebook/social media and found someone with the same vehicle closer to us and they brought the vehicle to us. Just throwing that out in case you participate in the forums and can help us and help yourself get the device sooner by getting someone to bring us a vehicle. Otherwise, I'll let you know if/when a device is made available.
