weather app?!

can’t never seem to get thst westher app working? Is there a setting or a trick to it? Spins and spins and this:

I’ve experienced problems with the weather app since October. I’ve noticed if the navigation is working the weather will also. When the navigation is showing the traffic flow the weather will pop right up. If you jump back and forth to CarPlay the nav will quit showing traffic and weather until car turned off and restarted.

My traffic flow and weather stopped working last week. I e gone through UConnect and Wagoneer services and it just keeps getting “escalated “ as they have no fix. Nothing fixes it, and I’ve done a full factory reset. Any luck for you?
