I bought a new series 2 Wagoneer Saturday. I have been trying to log into the app but keep getting an error while loading after I agree to the legal agreement. I have used my apple and my work android phone. Any one else having this issue?

You may want to check for TSBs and CSBs on this site, then see if your Dealer actually did all the upgrades. Some dealers aren't keeping the vehicles on the lot updated like they should.

If that doesn't work, I'm tagging Wagoneer Client Services to also assist. They have been very helpful, especially Kate. Key is getting the Dealer's response, and in parallel have a case opened with @WagoneerCxSvc so they can monitor what's going on with your Dealer. I suspect (they've not said it or confirmed it) that Stellantis is allowing all CDJR Dealerships this year to sell Wagoneers. Those that don't do what is part of the commitment will probably get dropped, no allotment for next year. They will have to earn their way back into selling Wagoneers. Sadly we've seen a few called out and the horrible examples posted by members. Given the number of vehicles sold though, seems like a smaller group than are stepping up with Stellantis to make it right for all of us buying this first year lux SUV.

Keep us updated with what happens, good, bad, ugly, all of it helps us all. You may also get a few other hints on here, I know there are postings on how to do a reset for the UConnect that gets it on track.
