Exactly one week wince I took delivery. Apple car play constantly cuts out…dealer says it must be my phone-total bullshit. Navigation won’t show live traffic….dealer says updates are just coming through slow because of high demand-total bullshit. Weather won’t load..again, dealer says updates are coming through slowly-just more bullshit. I have reset my radio at least six times in the first week due to freezing issues. called wagoneer services, someone will get back to me in a “couple days”. Seriously regretting this purchase

@WagoneerCxSvc monitors this site, did you get a case opened with them when you called? Several days is not what I have experienced or gotten as an answer.

They didn't say if they opened a case- just that I would get a call in a couple days. I'm planning to call again today to see what is going on

Okay, make sure to ask what your case number is on this next call. That nudges them to do it, just in case you get a new person in that group. They keep hiring more people to make the team match how many vehicles are being sold. Sometimes you get a new person who isn't completely familiar with all the processes while learning.

Thanks for this advice - I now have a case number and someone on it!

ok - figured I would give an update. I have had multiple calls from wagoneer services regarding my case (which has been assigned a number). The good news is my apple car play seems to have worked itself out. Still can be glitchy, but overall I would say working well. Wagoneer services called me last night to tell me that my issue with no live traffic and no weather is being worked on with an update. Until then, no luck. I have to wait til this update comes out - no date set yet - to have things in my very expensive vehicle work correctly. While I appreciate the attention wagoneer services has given, it is really frustrating that things won't work properly until this update comes out. I have never had a car at any price point let alone this high price point where things dont work and the answer is.....well just wait, we will figure it out sometime in the future

I didnt have an issue with the android auto at first, but now my phone continually cycles through being connected. I've added and readded it multiple times, reset radio. My wife's phone doesn't have the issue.
