Todays OTA update crashed the SiriusXM

Wife said it was pushing an update when she pulled into work this morning and she waited for it to finish and then went into work. Came out from work and the buttons are non-responsive and you cannot select SIRIUSXM any longer. Had multiple refresh signals sent and nothing.... Hope someone got something fixed with this update, it broke ours.

Now we deal with a dealership who is not yet equipped to honor the rental car while waiting agreement, you made a promise/commitment at purchase time and gladly took our money. When do you honor your end of the bargain? We commute almost two hours daily and this is a real pain in the ass....

Did you try soft reset of the system by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds to reboot the Uconnect system?

Yesterday's update failed on my vehicle also. I wasn't sure if the update was for SiriuisXm or the operating system. Thank you for the info as to what it was.
