Memory Seats not going back to same position

Hi There! I posted on a FB group and was told that this is a known issue, but I haven't seen anyone talking or posting about it.
I have a GW Series I and every time I get in the car, it has my profile and seat 1, but the seat seems to go to a different position. Now, after a few days, it goes to the correct position BUT the lumbar is always way out. It's super uncomfortable and annoying because the lower screen doesn't work right away and needs a minute or two before it starts responding to touch.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone have a fix?

I am having the same issue. It's really random and bizarre. Here of late, the seats are all the way forward and upright. I reset them and now they seem to be okay. I can't pin point the cause but I think it happens when we use the other remote.

I just plain hate the front seats. Find them super hard in my lower back especially even when deflated. So far no issue with the memory seat.

That’s interesting. For me I only use the 1 fob. No one else drives my car. Keep me updated if you can pinpoint. I can’t seem to put my finger on what causes it.
