GWIII rear screen "undefined"

Just brough it home, went to try rear entertainment and passenger screen shows in media as" right screen" and powers on, driver side rear screen shows as "undefined" can power it on but it doesn't actually turn on. Anyone have this or any thoughts?

I have exact same issue. Did you resolve?

Yes, the connector at the screen came unplugged. Dealer fixed it while it was there for the hood and doors to get realigned and tsb for gearbox . Didn't seem like a big deal.
