McIntosh app is back now, so system is at 100%. Everything seems to be working as intended!

UPDATE: Received and OTA update this morning and now have surround sound back. Sounds terrific. The McIntosh app is gone now..so no more needles...but that was not something I used so I'm not going to worry about that. Just wanted everyone to know that you should be seeing an update come to...

I'm 6'4" and have no issues with the front legroom or headroom. I certainly don't have the seat all the way back. I have had to move the pedals in to their most inward position or it would cause me to bend my leg too much to use...but other than a few simple adjustments, I have no complaints...

No. That is the version that I have. Someone on this forum said they had a GW with the S21B.5. I definitely have the S21D.5. All I know is I lost the surround and had the "Eco Manager" app for a short time after the update. Now it is gone too.

Updates are automatic. The latest version of the software for the Uconnect system is S21D.5 for the Wagoneer and S21B.5 for the GW.

I have a Wagoneer Series III with the McIntosh 19 speaker system. That is what I've been told by the support team as well. Fingers crossed for a June release! It has diminished the quality of the system overall. Still good, but not nearly what it was before the "update".

This is correct. However, the "Surround Sound" button is no longer present in my system. It has been removed from this area completely. All I can adjust is the 3 band EQ , balance and fade.

My Wagoneer III hasn't updated since I purchased the vehicle. The app says it has 85 miles on the odometer, when I now have 1050. Fuel and oil have never updated either. I can lock/ unlock/ start and find vehicle however...so some aspects of the app do work. Just not sure I want to pay for...

Since your’s is a “B” version and my Wagoneer Series III is a “D” version, there may be some subtle differences…but there should be no way that they would omit the surround sound from an update… that is a big whoopsie! Keeping my fingers crossed for the update in June! Other than this minor...

I'm having the same issue. No update since April 1st on fuel and systems last update was in late February. Doesn't seem to be a way to push an update either. No way I'm paying $15 per month and not be able to get data in real time or at least in a 24 hour timeframe.

I believe the ambient lighting can only be changed in the GW, not Wagoneer. It comes with the standard amber interior lighting.
