did the software update and still happening. the car been at the dealership for 2 weeks waiting on new heat element.

Another new issue. driver seat heat turn off by itself, when that happen, under the comfort screen, the seat icon grayed out and can’t be pushed again till its not grayed out anymore after 5 minutes or so.
