Got the OTA update the other day, it successfully installed, it hasn’t fixed the weather app or any of the other small issues (stereo salt shaker and heated seats).

January mid to late is the most official timeline they have given right now.

There is a recall out there to address it, on another note the vast majority of new cars give you no notice when the battery goes, just happened to my brothers new Mercedes, pulled up to my house, one hour later, nothing…they towed it and replaced the battery.

It was a machine issue, happened a few times, nothing left the factory, hardly a story.

Yes, common issue, a fix is being released shortly

Fix is out now, just released, you have to go to your dealer to have it done, a few other fixes are out as well, those are being pushed out over the air…but this specific problem requires a dealer visit.

Batch of bad batteries, the same ones the plagued the RAM launch, you’d think they would learn..sure enough though, I promise you’ll just need a new battery.
