I wouldn’t hesitate to trade in a Durango for a wagoneer, sure we’ve had our share of problems but it’s under warranty and the kinks will be worked out.

Sorry, I was just kidding😂 Although I did reach out on Thursday and here it is Tuesday and I’ve yet to hear back. I called and left another message today. Up until this point the communication was spot on though, probably just a minor hiccup.

Sorry I should have been more clear, it was the software update. I believe they’ve ordered the element now. I’ll find out for sure whenever I get it back, it’s got the groaning/binding differential…. Again🤦‍♂️

I think @WagoneerCxSvc service must be out to lunch as well. My Wagoneer SII started the binding while turning again so it’s been at the dealer. Called on Thursday to talk with my case manager, requested a call back… I’m still waiting, so my hypothesis is, your service advisor and my case...

I know it shouldn’t be like this, but if you use your thumb on the heated seat buttons it works a lot better. Not sure why that is, but give it a try.

Well shoot, this didn’t last long… 4100 miles and the binding has returned. Back to the dealer tomorrow. Pretty frustrating to spend almost 90k on a vehicle and not be able to trust it. We got it for road trips, I’m not sure I’d want to take it on one with the way it’s going…

While I don’t have a GW (only the Wagoneer) I will say this, the Escalades are having issues as well. I don’t for a second regret the purchase, and did so fully understanding a first MY vehicle may have some issues that require fixing.

Dealer performed the prescribed fix for the heated seats on my Wagoneer this morning…. No surprise but it did not fix the issue, they still shut off after 3-7 minutes.

What’s crazy is no one seems to know what to do when it starts messing up. I told both WCS and the dealer I would not drive it and to get a tow to my driveway. I get it 4WD vehicles turn like that when they are locked in, what they don’t do is make the groaning/grinding sound. @benward5 the...

I have a Wagoner series II and have the auto start stop. To be honest, I don’t pay attention to the 8 to 4 cylinder cut off because I keep my gauge cluster on Navigation.

Wagoneer Client Services is well aware of the issue, as are the dealers. Mine went in yesterday and was done in under a half hour. If you give them a call and get a case number and get a service scheduled it should be back in your hands quickly.

Your dealer should be able to give you updates on the location. Our Wagoneer sat at the rail yard for over two weeks after arriving in Washington. There are a lot of variables when it comes to them actually getting delivered.
