Watch Video in center console
We have the same issue. Audio won’t play over the speakers and you get a black screen in the front. Ours is now in for the third time and it has never worked. No one can tell us why. -

Drivetrain woes......post here.
I will have to check but it would have been very close to that date as we received in in mid November. My concern is that it doesn’t matter when it was built because it is having all the same issues. To recognize the issues but say they can ot be addressed due to build date is crazy...- benward5

Drivetrain woes......post here.
I have been having the same issue. Dealership says that the DTCM software is up to date so the STAR case S2121000019 does not apply to my Wagoneer. They told me there will probably be one for mine soon. After reading some of these horror stories I am not inclined to just bring it home and...- benward5
