Hi Whartmann, welcome to the forum!
I hope we can help get your GWI on the path toward a quick recovery.
First, you should have received the Wagoneer Client Services (WCS) briefing and commitments from your Dealership. The Services can be viewed here:
https://www.jeep.com/wagoneer/client-services.html . There is a place to sign up for the Services in the middle of the first page on that website. Additionally you can call Wagoneer Client Services at 833-667-4825. You'll need to have your VIN so they know which vehicle you have and can help with the specifics of your GWI.
Second, this forum is monitored by WCS, and when we see someone needs help that is new, we also try to remember to tag WCS using their forum account at
@WagoneerCxSvc . They will ask you to DM them, so if you are familiar with how to start a Conversation (DM), you can do that as well.
Third, a lot of TSBs and CSBs were released by Stellantis on this first year vehicle. The latest was 25 February. We have a few members who've discovered the Dealerships are checking all of them and ensuring vehicles on the lots are being maintained. Expense, challenging to do, whatever the reason, it seems to be happening. Give them an opportunity to fix that by calling the Service Department and request help. If you've read the WCS Commitment page, you'll see a lot of things you are entitled to have while needing Service. That's one reason I mentioned it first.
The items you mention have been resolved via the TSBs and CSBs, including two fixes for the AWD item as it can stem from a couple of issues. If the SW updates for it don't fix it we've seen members also need parts because of extended use while experiencing the growling symptom. We are sharing the experiences here and watching for repeat issues, hopefully the release on 26 Feb took care of the different causes, time will tell. We prefer to be "Show Me" people.
Let us know how it is going along the way. Others have additional insights they can share, or have already shared on this forum. We realize it is a first year vehicle, it has defects even though it's in the Lux category. We also see Stellantis really stepping up to help, sometimes the Dealership causes a sluggish response but using the WCS, Stellantis and Dealership mix you should be able to get the vehicle you wanted when you bought it. Hang in there!!!
