I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer 3 series in December. I have taken it in for them to address the issue of my phone not staying connected to the Android Auto today (17 January 2022). To add my whole dashboard froze up during our recent trip from NC. The service department at the dealership tells me that it is a software issue or my new Galaxy Z fold 3 phone isn't compatible with the Wagoneer technology. I have read others posts on here in regards to their phones not staying connected also. I guess it is all phones. Or is it the Wagoneer software? Which is it? Their software or my cellphone? I am really perturbed having these issues so soon after purchase. This is just too much money on this vehicle and to have these issues already.... I am having issues with the charging pad charging my phone as well. The light turns blue once I lay my phone on it. Then 3 seconds later it turns red and stops charging.
