So I had a 2016 Yukon Denali and 2021 Tahoe HC and both saw considerable service time. The 2016 had well known major electrical issues with infotainment and transmission issues. the 2021 was a 1st gen 1st year and had major issues from the day that I brought it home (so many recalls as well). We may be certainly be in the same situation here, but I would consider yourself lucky that you had zero issues from a GM product. We are waiting for our WIII to arrive. With all these problems we are thinking of passing on this vehicle. Way to many problems for a vehicle in this price range. I know my wife will not be happy with the vehicle having so many problems and being in the service bay. She has been driving Tahoe's for 25 years new one every 3 or 4 years. Never have any of her Tahoe been in the shop. Yes oil and filter. But never any problems. Just can't see how they can release these vehicle with these known problems to the buyers. Seems the Jeep does not have much control with the dealers to get these issues taken care of. With the wait times I see from problems people are having with this GW or W is crazy for a high prices unit.
I will talk with my dealer to see what his input is on all these problems.. Seems from reading Wagoneer Client Services has no control once your dealers have to deal with the problems. If your a dealer the last thing you want is a bunch of GW and W taking time and space in your service bays. Will check and see if Nevada has a lemon law.
