Two week old series III. Been a fine ride so far and truly enjoying. About the only problem is I can't get the weather app to work. I would assume the necessary subscriptions would be included with the free trial. My previous car used xm travel link. xm says my radio does not support this. When I access the app it attempts to load but then I get a not available notice.

Mine doesn’t work either. And the Tom Tom navigation glitches.
After 4 weeks of dealing with the tech specialists my TomTom navigation and weather are working well. I'm not sure what the process was but after sending screen shots of the errors and other communications it started working. I don't know if I got some sort of over the air correction or what caused the fix.

My car has been at the dealership for 3 days now. They are saying that the radio needs to be replaced and that Chrysler has to approve a new radio. This is ridiculous.

@MJ331 - did they try a radio recalibration? Presumably so, but asking. That seem to resolve 100% of my issues.

Moreover, have you up channeled an immediate resolution/expedited resolution with Wagoneer Client Services directly or is this "approval" notice what the Dealer Service Dept is telling you? I have found WCS to be very much on-point to advance solutions and mediations. Good luck. Keep us updated. Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m getting a new radio. They approved it last night, but I will definitely go directly to Wagoneer Client Services from now on. I still love the car, despite the issues. Have a great thanksgiving!

My Weather App is not loading at all..... Ugh.....Just tried to launch today and it just gives me a black screen with a spinning circle.

Is the weather app part of TomTom navigation or uconnect? After 2 wonderful days of working I’m back to the spinning balls and no service. It’s pretty neat while it works but I’m not sure what the fix will be.

Same problem here. Multiple “escalations” through Uconnect and Wagoneer client services with no resolution yet. Anyone find a fix yet?

There was an OTA push recently. Has anyone noted this issue w/ Weather App resolved yet?

Got the OTA update the other day, it successfully installed, it hasn’t fixed the weather app or any of the other small issues (stereo salt shaker and heated seats).
JHWaggy - If the issue with your heated seats is that they turn off randomly and then you have to wait a long period of time to turn them back on, it's probably the physical heating grid. Our dealer replaced them (with the guidance of Stellantis engineers) and it resolved the issue. I can post the service sheet if that will help.

My weather app/traffic flow has been non functional for a few weeks. Ticket with Uconnect and Wagoneer client services. Last night it magically started working. Then at the same time the heated seats stopped working. And then this morning the weather app/traffic flow stopped working again. The dealer now has a module on order for the heated seats but the weather app/traffic flow remains unresolved.
