Wagoneer Series 3 w/ 600 miles - Buyers Remorse!

We have 600 miles on our new almost 90k car, and we want to love this car, but unfortunately we hate it because it has SO many issues! We initially had a water leak that was discovered the night we brought it home - floor board was soaked and the water specialist had to take the headliner out and repair the leak (which might still be leaking- more to come), next the heated seat won't stay on, Android Auto won't stay connected, the entire center screen went black for several hours and then just randomly came back, when sitting in park idling there is like a hesitation or shake that comes and goes, it was in 4WD for some reason and I didn't put it there - had to shut the car off in the school drop off line (because it didn't want to move) and restart and it made a noise and since then has had this terrible moaning groaning noise coming from the back especially when turning or at slower speeds. It is heading to the dealership tomorrow. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!

I had every single one of these issues with our Wagoneer S3 with the exception of the shaking. Dealer said they couldn't duplicate the groaning when turning sharp at low speeds; though, there's a TSB that clearly outlines this AND the fix. I guess I'll just have to drive it till it damages the drive train for them to fix it. They've had it for 3 weeks and the rear liftgate isn't even fixed yet.
I will say, they fixed the leak, the screen doesn't black out for long periods anymore and heated seats were fixed by replacing the heating grids in the seats with guidance of Stellantis engineers.

One day, hopefully, Stellantis and Jeep takes the initiative to make sure all of these vehicles are properly software updated and checked before being picked up.

There's a LOT of software, and also a lot of software updates, but instead of proactive, they issue them as wait & see, and not all dealers know what to look for. Mine is terrific, shows me their screens every time I visit and "oh there's another update too, we'll take care of that while it's here".

Take it back, call Wagoneer Concierge to log the case, and get it all documented. Most are terrific, and once the software bits are updated, the experience improves.
