Wagoneer App Issues

Anyone else having issues with Wagoneer app not updating. My data is being retrieved from 2/11/2022 and won’t show me current fuel tank, miles, etc. I can still use the app to open the car, lock the car and remote start.

Yes they are having issues with it. Not sure when it will be back working. AT&T having wifi issues in canada. Cant purchase anymore. Not sure when that will be fixed either.

We tried calling the Wagoner concierge number the other day, but there was no answer, the call went to voice mail which said “voicemail box is full”. Anyone have any other details on this? It is quite frustrating.

The concierge will tell you its a siriusXM problem and to call them. Sirius XM will tell you there is a problem with no date of fix.

I too am seeing the same thing on my app. It is frozen a day later after picking up the vehicle from the dealership. No mileage, gas being updated.

Is this the app on your cell or the UConnect5 app info for your dash?

It was prevalent in 2019 with my Laramie, equally the same thing. NY, Florida dealerships didn't know what was causing it or how to fix it. It took about four months for FCA/Sirius to get their S**t together. I had to call and give them a rash over at both companies, if I remember correctly. I even threaten them with a (class action lawsuit) over false advertising. It seemed they were more attentive afterward. Found out thru the grapevine, it was a contract dispute with them both, and in the end, I got three months free on SiriusXM and Guardian. So I will wait and see what transpires. Who knows, maybe I'll get three months free again. :D

I'm having the same issue. No update since April 1st on fuel and systems last update was in late February. Doesn't seem to be a way to push an update either. No way I'm paying $15 per month and not be able to get data in real time or at least in a 24 hour timeframe.

Do we know what the latest update may be? Last I saw on this forum was the late Feb update pushed out and loaded by people throughout March.

@WagoneerCxSvc how do we know if we have the latest downloads for UConnect? Is there a notice via the MOPAR Owners site using a push to the email addresses? Should a notice happen just via UConnect? Thanks!

Welp, I spoke with Wagoneer Uconnect customer service and salesman yesterday about the app not working correctly. The official response from Uconnect is they are redesigning the app. The following do not work on the app- gas, oil, odometer, tire pressure, or health report reading. However, You can do remote start and unlock.
I asked if I should delete the app. The response was NO. I asked when will this be updated, and the rep said I would get an email when completed.

Thank you for posting an option/workaround for us to recover the system until the full update is pushed out. This helps for those in the forum who were left with a challenging situation of non-functioning items.

As we continue to increase the complexity and dependency on Software for an easier life every day, the old model of '80% is good enough' doesn't work anymore. I hope this gets back to the Agile coding team management. Very negative outcomes can happen when driving down the road at 70mph on the highways and the system locks up/fails. It is getting to the point vehicles need the same quality levels we have with building an airplane, it has to work because it is more than an inconvenience. That's why I say thank you for the workaround, it is needed.

Mine stopped on Feb 23th. Still says I have 3200 miles on it. Funny thing is it now requires me to pay for it on the 15th I don't know if I want to do that
