Wagoneer 10 customer promis is empty

So the wagoneer is back in for Service again.

The dealership of course has no nice loaner cars and their response is well you can take it somewhere else.

Called wagoneer client manager and their response is there is no guarantee and the 10 promises are only they will try.

So bottom line don't put any faith in their promise to treat wagoneer clients any different and your shit out of luck if you have a problem.

Is the dealership listed as a Certified one? I and others have had good fortune with WCS. @WagoneerCxSvc may be able to assign someone else to help out, tagging them to see the response.

What did it hit Service for this time?

I went out of my way to go to a "certified" dealer, they had no loaner for me even though client services said they would arrange, I had to argue to borrow a base model compass. It's complete BS.

I love the car, but they're gonna lose the crowd if they treat 100k+ buyers like this.

We are very sorry to hear of this situation and would be happy to dig in further. Please send our team a private message that includes your case number to get started.

We live out in the country a ways out (50 minutes from dealer) and the loaner vehicle was a big deal during our decision to buy the Wagoneer, guess we got a fast one pulled over us! Empty service promises and agreements lead to future Cadillac/Denali customers...

@WagoneerCxSvc thought you might look into this, the brand serves rural America best, so this is a significant challenge to hit head on!

Wagonstro, hope the DM process with WCS can wake up the dealer. I grew up in a rural, poverty county in Appalachia, I get how rough it is to be so far away from everything.

I am in no way bagging on the dealer, we have purchased a lot of vehicles from them. Bottom line is the support and service structure promised does not exist at the current time from the factory level down. We are lifelong MOPAR owners and have owned way more than we should have had access to over the years. My wife really wanted to give every brand a chance when making this purchase so we looked at everything available in the same category. The Yukon Denali Diesel actually scored higher with the mileage but the ability of getting a loaner right away was the deal decider. Love the Jeep, hell its our 4th one overall (Renegade, Wrangler High Altitude, Wrangler Rubi, now the Wagoneer). Thank you for the shout out. I am awaiting a call that they will have a loaner for us but it looks to be 2+ weeks waiting to get two recalls completed that says they will take less than an hour. When I asked the dealer they said it may take 4 or more hours to get to it and then it will take an hour, recommend leaving it with us.

Currently, I looked at the 2022 Lincoln Navigator Black Label Extended edition fully loaded. No test drive yet. It's ok interior-wise. Waiting for the 2023 Models to come out. And see what they added. As for price, the same price as a Grand Wagoneer. Roughly around $ 109,000.00, but they come with some incentives. They give 5 year factory warranty if I recall. Nice talk with salesman learned a couple of things about Jeep brand, Wagoneer, and Navigator. Do they (Lincoln) feel the heat now that Wagoneer is out? No. As for trading in GWS3, let me just say take $20,000 off what you paid for four months ago.

Not even thinking about trading, selling or doing anything else but driving and enjoying the beast. Debating the WeatherTech vs Mopar mats, that's about it. Even friends who are die-hard GM and other brands are loving it when they ride and/or drive it. People coming up to me in parking lots or while on the road (I only roll down the window at lights) asking 'Who makes that?'. Seeing more and more on the road here in the Mid-Atlantic, so the quiet we are seeing on this board recently is telling. Most people will only post with something that needs fixed, this sure has gone quiet in the last two months. 😁

We do like it but the only thing it is lacking (besides the promised support) is the ECO Diesel. The put that powertrain in this beast and it will be all over. I still say they need to drop this cab on a 2500/3500 with a Cummins and watch the old Excursion folks come out of the woodwork. Travel trailer pullers would be all in!

Yesterday I went to Costco and bought a set of weathertech car mats that they had. I installed them when I got home. The front mats needed a trim on the passenger side. Driverside, I'm still debating if I should trim or not. As for the 2nd row, they fit, but I feel are smaller in size.

I went to a Wagoneer-certified dealership for LOF, and another update on power steps the other day. I asked about Mopar mats and mud flaps for the rear wheels. I was told at the moment they can't get them yet, but in the future, they might release them to order. Mud flaps are a no-go because they don't make them for GWS3.

Is this thread about the sales pitch and promises (thread topic) or floor mats (squirrel!)?

This could be an issue why the forum is so dead. Cant stay on topic....

At least we aren't talking about fuzzy dice dangling from the rearview mirror, fuzzy dash cover, and a huge fuzzy steering wheel cover while listening to Cheech and Chong.
Puff, Puff, Pass...:ROFLMAO:

If you cant find problems and appropriate responses, then you post another thread and help no one. Sorry, cant follow the logic to going off topic.
