Since I haven’t seen any on the road yet, I think you are the only one that has a car. 😂Am I the only one with a grand wagoneer with no big issues?

hi @Gatzu -- does it actually say this anywhere? It was pitched to us as a benefit when we were buying the car but all I could find online at WCS is that they cover only the first day rental for same-day service. Dropped off my car this morning, and even though we got a "loaner" what my wife actualy sigend was a car rental agreement with $35/day written on it. Dealer will likely waive it but just wanted to have something I can reference in case they don't.Good thing for us grand wagoneer owners is we are guaranteed a free loaner while no one else gets loaners because there are no vehicles.
See a couple of attached screenshots. I verified the 10 points with a Wagoneer Client Services Rep. The loaner is supposed to be the same size and capability. This applies to Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneerhi @Gatzu -- does it actually say this anywhere? They had me sign something saying it’ll cost but the moment I got done signing, they gave me a paper saying it’s paid and no charge. I didn’t even have to drive to the dealership once. They brought the loaner to my house and brought my wagoneer back to my house when it was done.hi @Gatzu -- does it actually say this anywhere? Same @Gatzu - my local Browns CJDR in Sterling, VA has been nothing shy of spectacular - dropping off/picking up at my house a few times now. VERY super job of representing the brand. They had me sign something saying it’ll cost but the moment I got done signing, they gave me a paper saying it’s paid and no charge. I have a Grand Wagoneer III and have not had any issues- I love the vehicle.Am I the only one with a grand wagoneer with no big issues?
So I got my car back -- it was a the dealers for a week but seems to be back to normal now. They gave us an older model Grand Cherokee as a loaner which was okay but not quite the experience we were promised. Anyways, the next day they also charged me $69 and when I called to ask they said it's for the gas on the loaner (we returned it with a quarter tank). This is our first expeirence with Jeep and with Wagoneer so I don't know what to expect. I was a life long Lexus owner and ahd several cars with them and never once got charged for any of the loaners or gas used when going in for service. @WagoneerCxSvc am I wrong to expect similar from Wagoneer??They had me sign something saying it’ll cost but the moment I got done signing, they gave me a paper saying it’s paid and no charge. Odd. I had barely any gas left in it when they came to my house and picked it up. I did not get hit with any charges for gas.
