My wife’s GW III app has sent me this message twice today. Starts and runs fine.
I got that message as well, everything continued to work fine so I'm not sure what the heck happened to the app dataset triggering a false message.
Yes, daily, but the messages have stopped.I got it too.
My vehicle has been in service for two weeks because of the (blue screen of death on cameras) on the radio display. It goes off intermittently. As they check for electrical faults, the mechanic leaves doors open and runs tests with the vehicle off, which of course the battery to start draining fast. I notified the service advisor when I got those messages. His response was, He would tell the mechanic to watch the battery level and charge if needed. It's a built-in software notification in our car and uses the app to signal your phone.
Now as for your vehicle, it could be that something is on and not turned off for an extended period. The easy part is to check all lights inside that are off. Check to see if anything is connected to charger (like a phone or iPad) with the engine off. Are you running vehicle every so often?
Patty has been in the shop since 2/16/23. Patty got the blues, the blue screen of death on the radio console. All Cameras died. At this point, they are diagnosing and trying to get parts when none are available. I guess Chrysler has to make a PCM module, cables, or cameras. Going forward, NY Lemon law seems like the next thing to do if I don't get her back by April 16, 2023.I just had mine in for a discolored Driver side mirror. They did 'A bunch of TSBs', words from the Service Advisor as I checked it in. The Software ended up scrambling my profile settings, I've been going back through everything now trying to get it set up again. Probably part of the code rewrite, as the Memory for seats on some vehicles didn't remain in the system, etc. Basic profile issues, but only my guess at this point. This message stuff stopped, so I decided to do the NYC thing... .Fuugetaboudit

I'm heading in your direction, sadly. First year, saw the issues, expected problems so not angry, shocked. Just disappointed in the response to issues making things compound instead of fixing the original issue with no other things cropping up. Loved the truck until I took it in for this round of 'Service'. Not only did the settings get messed up, but it blinks randomly in the dash with an audible beep. I tried to use Driver Assist, it gave me the finger and said it needed Service Repair. Working with WCS now, they are actually pushing the dealership so the rep I have is on his game. He's been with Jeep for some time in different positions, loves them, so jumped into the WCS team.Patty has been in the shop since 2/16/23.
