Speedometer stuck at 36 MPH no matter what and dead main display

Did they at least give you a loaner vehicle? They are supposed to come to your home, pick up the vehicle, leave you the loaner and do the work. Return it to you when they finish and take away the loaner. Sounds like none of that was even offered let alone done, am I right?
I would like to hear from even one person that had this happen

I do have a case manager at wagonner but she is out a lot and they will not give me a new one. Next step will me to call my lawyer which is the last thing I want to do.

Agreed, it is what is stated however most people who are having issues have only said they got some sort of loaner. Not a W or GW, just a loaner. I'll have to see what happens after I get mine and have a first service to be done (hopefully just oil!). Most people don't post random good posts to tell us this type of thing, just problems and hoping to find a solution type posts.

Sure would be nice to have just a 'the dealership actually did THIS and wow, it was what the Client promises said was to be done.'. Could be related to the Certified stuff that just surfaced. Seems like only a few in each geography are getting Certified. Hope someone posts getting what was promised on the Marketing website.

The service department at my dealer is good, they know the deal, the sales department wants nothing to do with WCS or the commitments they made when they sold the vehicle. They will try their best to not do a rental. I am currently just holding off on the couple things that have gone wrong until the oil change, where I will contact Wcs and let them figure out who's going to be dropping off and picking up.

Nice move, and agree the Sales side of Dealerships typically don't really get it. A few good ones exist and they are the longer term folks in Sales who've learned about repeat business. Otherwise the Service team is the one who builds Dealership loyalty.

I had an interesting quirk happen, and I've been able to connect it to starting the truck using the cell phone app. When I use it, the system flakes out. Mine was the comfort system, air conditioning shutting down, sync button flashing, on and off when using the manual buttons, etc. Shut it down, spent a few minutes away, came back and used the Fob. Not a single issue at all with the AC/comfort system. Multiple times since, no issues. Did you use the App to start it when this dash freeze happened?

I also have an issue with the lower center console blacking out after using the app. So to me they need to chase down that data flow to see what could be causing the errors in the command string going to the SUV.

Okay, thanks for the info. Hum, didn't know Stellantis was forcing returns to Service Departments for updates other than TSBs. Wonder how we find out what they are doing.... time to dig around and see what sites have info on these proprietary updates. Haven't heard anyone on the forum discuss that, even the people with updates last fall/winter when they were coming out every week if not more often.

Also sounds like you haven't had a recurrence as of this moment, hope you don't find yourself doing 36 again in the driveway in park!
Getting a loaner now takes an act of God. Seems like every dealer has nothing available for weeks.
